Effortless Yacht Buying & Selling
with DMA Online®
Powered by DMA Protect™ — Escrow-Facilitated Safety You Can Trust
At DMA Online®, we make buying or selling a yacht or boat secure, transparent, and stress-free. Whether you’re a buyer seeking protection or a seller with a serious offer — DMA Protect™ ensures both sides are covered through a licensed third-party escrow process.
Why Trust DMA Protect™?
Our founder brings over a decade of legal and regulatory experience. We bring professional-level coordination without offering legal advice — and we maintain full neutrality to avoid conflicts of interest.
We’re proudly independent, Australian, and here to make yacht and boat transactions safer.
We act strictly as facilitators and do not offer legal or financial advice. By remaining neutral, we reduce conflicts and protect the integrity of every transaction.
This is not legal or financial advice. DMA Online® is not offering legal services.
⚖️ Secure Protection, Balanced for Both Sides
To ensure trust, accountability, and full protection for everyone involved, both the buyer and seller must complete their transaction through DMA Protect™. This isn't just a safety net — it's a balanced and fair structure that instils confidence, streamlines communication, and reduces disputes.
The buyer pays the escrow provider’s fee directly — a small cost that unlocks a much larger value: secure handling of funds, controlled release only upon satisfaction, and a clear documented process for all parties. It signals serious intent and instantly elevates buyer credibility.
For sellers, this same process offers assurance that the buyer is fully committed — with verified funds in place before anything progresses. And because we issue the secure escrow link ourselves and facilitate every step, the transaction remains traceable, compliant, and neutral at all times.
This is not a DIY approach — it’s a professionally coordinated process guided by someone with extensive experience in legal and regulatory procedure. While DMA Online® is not a law firm and does not offer legal advice, our founder is a former legal practitioner with over a decade of legal and regulatory training. This deep knowledge helps shape every agreement and interaction — with integrity, clarity and strict neutrality.
Our role is to facilitate, not advise. But the systems we’ve built are rooted in structure, trust, and best-practice governance — so both sides can transact with full peace of mind.
How It Works
- 1. The buyer expresses interest in a yacht or boat.
- 2. We verify the seller’s ownership and initiate the process.
- 3. Both parties review and sign a simple protection agreement.
- 4. The buyer securely funds the transaction through a licensed third-party escrow link provided by DMA Online® (escrow fee applies).
- 5. Once the buyer confirms satisfaction, ownership is transferred and the funds are released to the seller.
💼 Important: Buyers pay no admin or facilitation fees to DMA Online®. You only pay the licensed escrow provider directly through the secure link we send.
Our facilitation commission is paid only by the seller, from the final sale proceeds — meaning no upfront costs for either party.
🔑 Buyer Benefits:
- Peace of Mind: No buyer fees — you only pay the escrow provider directly.
- Leverage: Escrow shows you're serious and gives the seller full confidence to proceed.
- Transparency: All fees and steps are outlined clearly and agreed upon upfront — no surprises.
🔒 Secure the Sale with Escrow Protection
Whether you're buying or selling, DMA Protect™ ensures every yacht transaction is handled with full transparency, security, and zero pressure. Your funds are safeguarded — and the process doesn’t move forward unless both sides agree in writing.
How Buyers Benefit
As a buyer, your funds are held safely and only released once you confirm you're satisfied. You never pay DMA Online® a fee — your only cost is the escrow provider's fee. This gives you confidence, leverage, and peace of mind throughout.
How Sellers Benefit
You’ll know the buyer is serious — with funds already in place. A clear agreement outlines when and how funds are released, so you’re protected every step of the way. Once the buyer approves, your payout is seamless.
💼 Important: Both the buyer and seller must complete the transaction through DMA Protect™. We issue the secure Escrow.com link directly to both parties via email, ensuring the process remains fully secure, traceable, and compliant.
💡 Example: On a $100,000 yacht, the escrow fee is approximately A$800 (varies by provider). That modest fee ensures both parties are protected and allows the DMA Protect™ process to begin securely.
No admin or facilitation fees are ever charged to buyers. The only payment is the escrow fee, which is paid directly to Escrow.com. DMA Online® only receives its commission after the transaction is finalised — and only from the seller.
The escrow fee is paid directly to the licensed provider. DMA Online® receives its facilitation commission only after the transaction is completed, and only from the seller.
DMA Online® is not a licensed legal or financial service. We do not provide legal, financial, or tax advice. Our service is limited to the facilitation of agreements and document handling between yacht buyers and sellers.
